Tour Policies for Colombia Trip

Payment Terms

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your spot on the tour.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the tour cost is due one week (7 days) before the departure date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

Reservation Policy

Group Limitation: Each tour is limited to a maximum of 8 people. This ensures a personalized and high-quality experience for all participants.

Booking Availability: Tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to secure your spot.

Cancellation and Refund Provisions

Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

More than one week before departure: Only the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Less than one week before departure: No refund will be issued, as both the deposit and balance payment are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Company: In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by the company, a full refund (including the deposit) will be provided

Terms and Conditions

Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit for travel. Any health conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.

Responsibility: The company is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions and have appropriate insurance coverage.

Changes to Itinerary: The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to weather, operational considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
